After Graduating from UNC Charlotte with a Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Rob started working for an Engineering Consulting firm that specializes in Geotechnical and Construction services.  While working there he developed a background in soils, earthwork, masonry, as well as reinforced concrete.  This background sparked the interest in Landscaping, Hardscapes and Soil Composition. Through networking and hard work Welch Landscaping Solutions, LLC was formed into a team of hardworking and knowledgeable folks.
